"I wanted to write to express my sincerest appreciation for the wonderful care you and all your staff gave to my mum while she was with you at Tupwood Gate. The care and kindness shown was second to none. I just wish mum could have had longer with you all as she was so at ease and restful - a condition she had not experienced in a long while.
I must also mention how much mum enjoyed her meals at Tupwood. She hadn't eaten that well in a very long time and it was good to see her eating proper meals again - not least the special (Diabetic ice cream) !!!
So, I would like to thank you, the nurses and all the carers for their empathy and devotion towards mum. Tupwood Gate Nursing Home should be the example that other nursing homes aspire to."
